HISTORICAL OVERVIEW:
1972
Avni Doğan Tavlasoğlu, the founder of our company graduated from, Fırat Technical University Department of Civil Engineering Faculty in 1972.
1973 After graduating, he start to employed an engineer at the Ministry of Transports, Maritime Affairs and Communication. He has been on the controlling task of the DLH, Karaburun, Kaynarpınar Fishing Harbour and Çeşme Harbour Breakwater Constructions.
1975 Tuncer’s history begins in 1975 with the Avni Dogan Tavlasoglu for to realize his ideals. The company was registered first in Tatvan than moved to Istanbul as a “Avni Dogan Tavlasoglu Insaat”
1976 – 1994
In these years he was engaged in the private housing business and then activities shifted to implemented constructions for government which intensified after 1978. He was both on board as partner of his company, but also took a hands on approach as Project Manager to oversee the construction works of all grand infrastructure and superstructure projects.Many projects in various parts of Turkey were carried out on Treatment Plants, Sewerage, Stormwater and Irrigation Pipelines. Jobs was completed to the highest standards and before completion dates.
1994 – 2008
Avni Dogan Tavlasoglu established a sister company in the name of “Tuncer İnşaat San.Tic. Ltd. Şti” This new family company developed machinery park and technology. The company are highly specialized in infrastructure works (sewerage, storm water, Irrigation pipelines, wastewater treatment plants and artwork constructions) and are also specialists in steel sheet piling installations.

Tuncer Construction becomes a most successful infrastructure company in Turkey and is one of the preferred supplier of all International companies as a solution partner.
Tuncer was awarded the numerous Infrastructure & Strcuctural Contracts from;
“Taisei-Gama-Nurol JV” for the construction of the 1st phase of Marmaray BC1 Project, Railway Bosphorus Tube Crossing, Tunnels and Stations Projects (The World's Deepest Immersed Tunnel)
“Obrason Huarte SA & Siemens Rail Automation SA” for the construction of the 2nd phase of Marmaray CR3 Railway and Stations Projects connects 62km Gebze in Asian-side to Halkali in Europe-side with commuter, intercity and high speed trains as well as a freight link.
“Yapı Merkezi & SK Engineering Co J.V” for the construction works of the (Istanbul Strait Road Tube Crossing Project) Eurasia Tunnel Project
2008 - Today (Abroad)
Tuncer opens a branch offices abroad in United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan in the banner of ‘Tuncer International Constructions LLC-Dubai’ and in the banner of ‘Tuncer KZ-Almaty’
Tuncer International Constructions LLC’ to be a major subcontractor player in the execution of Dubai Municipality Infrastructure projects.
After the successful projects completions, Tuncer uprooted to the prestigious Meydan Development at Nad Al Sheba Racecourse Infrastructure Projects.
1976 - 1994 Bu yıllarda özel konut inşaat yapım faaliyetleriyle uğraştı. 1978'den sonra Kamu İnşaat sektörüne yöneldi.
Kamu sektöründe tamamlanan tüm Altyapı veÜst Yapı Projelerinde Projeler Müdürü olarak çalıştı.
Arıtma Tesisleri, Kanalizasyon, Yağmursuyu ve İçmesuyu Boru Hatları inşaatlarını başarı ile tamamladı.
1994 - 2008 Avni Doğan Tavlasoğlu, 1994 Yılında Tuncer İnşaat San.Tic. Ltd. Şti’ni kurdu.
Bu yeni Aile şirketi, Makine Parkı ve İnşaat Yapım Teknolojisini kısa sürede geliştirerek Kamu ve Özel Sektörde bir çok Projeyi başarı ile tamamladı

- Marmaray BC1 Demiryolu Projesi-Boğaz Tüp Geçişi, Tünel ve İstasyonlar Projesinde Altyapı ve Üstyapı İnşaatlarını,
- Marmaray CR3 Demiryolu Projesi Gebze-Halkalı Banliyö Hatlarının İyileştirilmesi Projesi kapsamında Altyapı ve Üstyapı İnşaatlarını,
- Boğazı Karayolu Tüp Geçişi Projesi (Avrasya Tüneli) kapsamında Altyapı İnşaatlarını başarıyla tamamlandı
2008 - 2019, Tuncer International Constructions LLC - UAE - Dubai Belediyesinde Altyüklenici olarak gerçekleştirdiği DS-174 İshale Hattı Projesi İnşaatı
- Meydan İnşaat Grubunun Konut yerleşkelerinde tamamlanan Altyapı Projeleri İnşaatı
- Dünyanın En Büyük At Yarışı Hipodromu ‘Nad Al Sheba Race Course’ un Altyapı Projeleri İnşaatı başarıyla tamamlandı.
